Jun 26,2024The free pickup service from ground floor is great! The drivers are very nice, friendly and the whole process of loading my stuff into the car was relatively quick. The only thing was that I was told the timeslot when the pickup would arrive would be morning 9-11:00 but they only arrived at 13:00 which was a bit misleading as I was waiting the entire morning and could not plan anything. Besides that, I was told the delivery would call 30 min prior to arrival/I will receive a message when they are on the way but I only received a call when they were in front of my house. I am still happy with the service and its great that I received a message when my items were put into storage.

I was especially impressed by their swift response to an emergency situation. I called them needing to pick up the furniture urgently, and they managed to come just two days later. Their promptness and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend Boxie24 Storage for their exceptional service and flexibility.

Jun 11,2024Sehr unhöflicher Kontakt, bereit zur Abholung wären sie gar nicht. Telefonische Erreichbarkeit immer nur bis Mittag oder maximal 14 Uhr. Umzüge auf's Wochenende verlegen, geht gar nicht da niemand dort ist. Rechnung zusenden ohne je irgendwas getan zu haben und noch die Dreistigkeit besitzen nicht einmal die Reservierung nach mehrmaligen hinweisen stornieren. Stattdessen wird am Telefon unfreundlich geantwortet.

In particular, Mr. Adam, who helped me over the phone, was extremely polite and helpful. He ensured that everything from booking to collecting my belongings from my apartment went seamlessly. I will certainly be using Boxie again in the future.
