Feb 25,2021I am joining the fight to stop these guys. They scammed me out of money and refuse to give it back. It’s a constant back and forth with them. Please do your due diligence. This is not it. Idk about all these positive reviews. I spent about 1300$ with them and have been trying to get my money back. They threatened legal action I ignored it completely and called and explained that they need to return my money. They explained that they will return my money. It’s been 2 years now & they still call me telling me I owe them money. I am reporting them to the bbb. I called them about returning my money nothing came of it. Please look somewhere else if you need a website. They won’t return your money at all no matter what they say.

Dec 12,2020Be very careful this is a scam, never finished my website and kept ask more money spoke to about 20 different people , their licence number is nonexistent, the worst nightmare I have been through in my life. They stole about £800 from me and I never got a working website ! Went to someone else and it took them 1 week. I battled with this company 3 years and got nothing out of it. Beware they are scammers. Also beware of giving your bank details to them. I was dissuaded about a year ago and was told that if I took off my bad review they would finish my website and stupid me I did but they never finished and that would be extortion. They are being investigated.

Dec 04,2020Paid for logo design (which included "100% Ownership" per their website) and I bought the most premium package. All went well - the logo design was fun... but then the phone calls. First that I owed them another $220 for the copyright. Reluctantly (and stupidly) I paid, but no copyright - just another phone call saying that the $220 was for legal paperwork and now they needed $398 for the copyright. This was a horrible experience. I still can't use my design, and they are basically holding my logo hostage until I give them more money. Ridiculous and HORRIBLE false advertisement regarding pricing.

Oct 13,2020Paid for a website, hosting and domain for 5 years. Never gave the credentials to anything then the domain expired and went back on the public market! (After 1 year) Hosting suspended and no access to anything. Called, emailed and messaged and no reply. Will now start legal action to reclaim the money spent and also damages. DO NOT GIVE THESE CON MEN YOUR MONEY! They also changed names and have other websites called Brandedwebstudios.com

Jan 22,2020The other one star reviews sound exactly like what happened to me...over charging, paying for copy write papers that were never received, still waiting two years later. They keep calling and demanding more money for the papers, even though I have already paid for the filing and the papers. They had the audacity to email me fake papers..... did not even have my company name or the proper logo attached. They had someone text pretending to be from the US Patent office threatening to arrest me if I did not send more money for the papers. I called them on that,and told them that i had filed a complaint and he got all sarcastic and told me I was being stupid. I got a phone call from their COMPLIANCE OFFICER telling that he was sending over legal papers and to please acknowledge that I was in breach of contract. I just ignored him... of course no papers ever arrived. They did, however tell me if I continued to use my logo I would be arrested and fined. They charged me a year up front for SEO services that promised my site would show up in first place on google search.... you can't find my site anywhere.... I was also supposed to receive monthly reports. The only report I ever received was after I called complaining about receiving and they actually sent me ANOTHER company's monthly report. The SEO efforts were ridiculous in terms of what they were writing... English is clearly not their first language, and they knew nothing about my business. Thew blogs looked like they were written by a five year old. I had to call them and tell them to not write anything on my website or facebook anymore. I run a dog walking business. here are a couple of things they actually wrote: " Dog do not like to be inside and like to go on walk" "Dog is member of family but if don't get walks might bite the kids" Seriously.... they actually wrote that. They tried to charge me for a security certificate that my host supplies for free. They call me constantly to harrass me looking for more money or to offer more services. I tell them DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN, and i block their number. They change the number and keep calling me. I think I have blocked at least 6 numbers by now. The last straw was the phone call got about the security of my website and I was going to be "really sorry" if I didn't pay them $800 to fix it. I hung up on them and they continued to call and text, threatening me. Low and behold, I went to my website and they had delated all the pages and content. I wrote the entire content and supplied all the photos, BTW. I called and told them to put it back up and they said, oh sorry, the wordpress licence expired. (wordpress does not expire). Now I have another guy, Danny Fisher, texting me saying he is Sr. Compliance Manager, wanting to "discuss about the security of your website". I told him I have no more use for his company and told him why. All of a sudden he is now Senior SEO expert and he needs 1% of my trust to get the other 99% back. Then he tells me he is not in sales but for $1200( for three months) he will do a better job on my SEO and guarantees google rankings...right. I asked if he was Compliance, SEO expert or sales? He promised to get my website content back up and would touch base in the morning to see if I was happy. that was two weeks ago and my website content is still missing. There are so many more things that went on over the course of the past two years but it would take a month of Sundays to address them all. Bottom line is, this company is fraudulent, incompetent, deceitful and criminal. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. You will be lied to, harassed, threatened and scammed.

Oct 19,2019My employer paid them over $5,000 for a website redesign and multiple copyright fees for applications that were never filed and we did not receive paperwork on, even after asking for it. They gave us a website that was clearly written by someone who didn't know the English language very well so our site had to be completely rewritten. They did not follow instructions well, and when we gave them updates for wording, the changes weren't made. It took over a year to get our website which was very disappointing, so we obtained login info. which we told them we wanted from the start so we could manage the site on our own. They somehow ended up hosting the site which we then migrated to GoDaddy.com as they kept calling and wanted more money for WordPress updates, more copyright fees and some other bogus fees related to google, etc. Even after we migrated the site they made another call, to my boss’s cell phone, claiming to be with the US patent office and charged another $500 to credit card for a state copyright fee that is nonexistent and sent an invoice first from BLD and then a bogus invoice they made using government seal from US Patent and Trademark Office. I tried to find our copyrights for logo and video on uspto.gov and copyright.gov and had no luck using our Company name or registration number given on the bogus invoice. I can only assume that any good reviews are not viable for this company on this site, and I recommend that you meet face to face with anyone you want to do business with, especially when it comes to your website and other important business matters. They also go by other names per credit card statement: DESIGN RATIONALE, LOGO COMPANY, DESIGN COMPANY and may have renamed the company DESIGNING AVENUE or they are working together to defraud unsuspecting small business owners. 11/01/2019 Update: Now Branded Logo Designs is resorting to extortion and withholding copyright info. which we paid $1,600 to receive. They (John Baker) has texted my boss with the same threats to withhold information until this negative review is removed. I don't know how they would provide documentation when copyrights are not filed with uspto.gov which is where they claim filing was done per bogus invoice received. Please note that company name has changed as well. See emails below. I was not allowed to include email addresses so had to edit with a *. Jul 24,2019Scammers all the way through and through. First of all they mention prices and quick turn around times but this is the farthest from the truth. I have lost so much business just waiting for a logo design and business cards. Once they have finals completed a logo based on shutter stock images that are available to all to use. Then they claim you have to pay other charges like copy right fees and then certificates. These charges keep going and going 45$ goes to 1000$ dollars and it’s super stressfull these guys are pro scammers you should be shut down I am going to dispute these charges with my bank, I don’t have a logo you ignore my calls and make things up even charged my card for something that was not agreed upon. Scammers !! How are you even in business ?

Jul 06,2019Branded logo designs offered a VERY POOR customer service and DISHONESTLY charged my credit card for items they did not deliver. They took over two years to finish my website and after multiple attempts to have them give me my log in information so that I can have my website managed by another company, they refuse to do so. They are holding my website hostage after all that I paid and all the time I spent trying to have a website I paid for, operate properly. AWFUL experience. Watch out for their dishonest business practices.

Jun 14,2019One of the worst companies I’ve ever done business with. Dishonest and deceitful sums them up. The logo was only supposed to cost $120. Then they charged me $200 for a copyright. This was never mentioned anywhere or at anytime when I was talking with them. When I questioned this they said it was a law and mandatory. Looked it up and it is most definitely not a law. Then confronted them about it and they changed their story to company policy. At this point I was already very put off but was willing to move forward just to get it done. They wouldn’t give me the logo otherwise which was already paid for. After some time went by they contacted me again for confirmation of address to have the copyright delivered. Forwarded me to someone and then tried to charge me another $200+ for filing. This price changes based off the length of time you choose to have the copyright in effect. Again, no one mentioned this at all to me and in fact I asked a few times over to confirm that after I had paid for the copyright that there would be no more charges and we were done with everything. They blatantly lied over and over. Takes a special kind of person to do that. To top it off I spoke with four different people and they all continued with the same spiel. I refused to pay the last charge and the last person I was speaking with became unresponsive. I asked some questions and had no response for a while so I hung up. At this point I’m pretty sure I’m not going to get any of the paperwork I paid extra for and I’m honestly afraid they will try some seriously underhanded business tactics and try to claim the logo for themselves. I have absolutely no trust or belief in the company at all. It’s truly worst experience I’ve ever had with any company in any regard.

May 31,2019Would not recommend this company. I wanted a cheap logo for my YouTube channel, and their sale (making the basic 40$) made them a good choice. Upon receiving my designs, I was told there would be an additional 190$ fee to make it copyrighted. Once I said I will not pay this, the guy I was working with hung up the phone. No response from the manager I was working with, and the live chat changed tone when I told him the issue. They took the money and ran. Fraud of a company. Worst customer service. Take your business elsewhere

May 25,2019Absolute garbage. They use a free logo generator a person could easily use themselves then they blindside you with $200 fee for copyrighting the logo. A fee that was not mentioned anywhere before. Have been requesting a refund and no they wont respond.

May 22,2019In this hectic time of introducing our new business venture, Branded logo designs listened to everything we said about who we are and design an appealing logo that represents us wonderfully. We could not have expected what “the ideal logo for us” would be, however as soon as I saw it I knew that they had captured it. Great experience. More than I estimated for less than I estimated to pay! Highly recommend. Hope to you see you guys in future as well. Thanks a lot for the appealing and attractive logo for our business

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the whole process, and I will be definitely calling them in the future as well for more projects. May 14,2019I am working with Branded Logo Designs for the designing of my logo, website and social media. Their strength is in their creative designs. Within a couple days I had 12 impressive logos to choose from and the initial concept for the website layout to view. Dennis Johnson is my Sr. Account Manager and a pleasant to work with, thanks for your support. Being that it was my first project, he was very patient with me as I was developing as I went along and always made sure that I was happy with the projects and did not mind making any changes that I wanted regardless how small it was. Also, Dennis showed concern for the project to be successful even after the designing parts was over. Now that the initial designing and setup is over, I will work with this company for the hosting and marketing. Hopefully, it will be just as successful, and if so, I will work with them on other projects in the future

Jun 29,2022Set up a new business and used branded logos as they seemed very professional, logo design and website set up was fairy quick and finished to a good standard with no complaints. That is when the problems started… Contacted after initial payment with changes to our original contract and charged again for the domain and we hosting to continue after 1 year. Paid £400 for 5 years hosting only to have the website and emails etc etc to suddenly disappear. Now left with no domain and no website and ultimately an unprofessional looking business damaging my brand. I guess there is some irony there called branded logos, we ruin your brand. Be warned! Hard to get hold of and no customer service skills, #m?????mirrors.co.uk
