Oct 14,2019So you can read about the whole journey below, but essentially I ordered from the Brazillian Bikini Shop the first time and didn't get the order. I tried to reach out to get some help and didn't have much luck until I used Trustpilot. Once I did that, I got quite speedy feedback, they were very great about getting me the items I ordered. I would give 4.5 stars if I could but I'll stay shy of 5 stars because of the hassle. The product itself is amazing though and I'm really happy to have it. Initial review: Items were never delivered. Update: I reached out via email as instructed and they responded. Unfortunately the tracking information is coming up empty but they asked me to reach out to USPS which I've done. Will keep review updated. Update II: They've elected to send out new ones. So I'll just write a new review with the story in full when/if I finally get the items I ordered.

Aug 19,2019I ordered 2 products on this web site on 2019-07-28 but I haven’t received my orders yet. I have received emails about my TRACKING NUMBER and ORDER ID. However, I cannot track my orders, I cannot see where they are now because the links they share for tracking do NOT work. When I click the link I see “ The page cannot be found.” I checked my credit card account and saw that they had charged the amount but I never received my products. I am so regretful and sad. I wish I had not trusted this web site. I do many online shoppings but it is the first time I was deceived. I want to get my orders immediately otherwise I am going to apply for remedies. Moreover, the Commercial Invoice that they sent me by email is just complicated. It says one item costs €12,56 and the other one costs the same so it makes €25,12 in total but it says €21 total. The worst is they charged me 448 Turkish Liras and it makes €71! EDIT: Well, I finally received my orders! Yes, it lasted for three months because of delivery problems but I got my products at last. When it comes to the quality of the products, they are good. Especially the Rio de sol MAIO is in very good quality. Thank you! It worth waiting for..
