Aug 29,2021I was looking for a replacement radio for a damaged unit which was purchased many years ago, the replacement needed to be compatible with the old one as we have a number of old radios still in use. I spoke to Josh Nichols who was very helpful. Josh took me through the various options with giving advice and guidance. I received the replacement radio very quickly and had a couple of questions which were addressed very quickly and professionally. I have no hesitation in recommending Brentwood Communications, particularly if all the staff are like Josh.

We contacted Brentwood Communications and they were so helpful understanding our requirements. They loaned us three radios for a week so see if they worked in our building and kept in contact with us throughout. The radios worked perfectly and we ordered a number of them thanks to their help. We will use Brentwood Communications in the future and would highly recommend them.

I was served by Phil who listened and understood our requirements, they sourced some extra products for us to enable the continued use of headsets and were brilliant in their communication about the products and when they would arrive. So Than you for making the purchase so easy and all your help.

Contacted Josh and he said "send me a photo of your stab vest click mounts and pics of your radio and camera...leave the rest to me" I received them today and they fit both units perfectly. Happy RBKC Wardens now...Thank you Josh :)
