For me, it's been a very positive experience, and I'll be back soon. Note: they have customer parking too! Turn left after the store, and it's on the left👌

Apr 28,2023I use Bristol Gold all the time and the service there is fantastic, the Manager James is extremely professional but also down to earth and will listen to your wants and needs and will always try to meet your expectations but no matter what the outcome you will receive the best advice possible along with the best option/offer available, all the staff there are friendly I’ve been served by them all over the years and they take pride in the fact they know the trade, you should feel good about yourself when you leave the store feeling you’ve got some money in your pocket or you’re grinning at your new shiny purchase!

My husband sold to him the next day and even he said he that Jason was the nicest dealer he had spoken to - we had spoken to a few! Great professional service with transparent advice along with a good price - wouldn’t choose anyone else if I needed to in the future!!

Jan 14,2023Beware of this company. Very dubious sales practices. Went to their old premises last summer and sold 2 gold chains. Whilst I was in the shop they also valued a 0.5 carat diamond gents ring at £500 I was looking to sell. I said I would think about it. Today I went into there new shop with the ring and made out I was a new customer. I was shocked to be given a valuation of £220 by a guy in there with a black beard. I told him the company had offered me £500 last year! No more to be said. I will take my business elsewhere. Absolutely disgusting!!
