Jun 18,2014I used this company to provide silicone bracelets for our School Prom... it wasn't as straight forward as I thought, what with trying to decide which font to use/ what text to include/ what colour etc etc, but all the way through the process Steve was at the end of my emails and incredibly patient and helpful. I ended up recommending to my other half's school and they used the company too with the same level of customer care received. THANK YOU!

When we placed the order you had a special offer on, so we even managed to received 100 FOC bands, which Governors will be very happy with! The bands will allow our children to choose which dinner option they require, therefore catering staff will be effective in their delivery and the children will enjoy their pre-ordered meals. May 21,2014Steve provided excellent service and fast responses throughout the ordering and artwork process, ensuring that the wristbands were exactly the right size, colour and style. It was great to have some samples sent prior to ordering without any hassle or need to pay upfront so I could ensure the size was correct. Would not hesitate to use Britannia again!

May 16,2014I needed some wristbands making with printing on them, I sent an original to Britannia promotion for them to copy and the bands I got sent wasn't the same printing on them, the printing was 1/3 smaller. I emailed Britannia promotions and was told I would have to make a new order and re-pay for some new bands, so now I have 400 bands which are no good. This is not a way to run a business and the customer service isn't very good at all, Beware when ordering.

May 16,2014Purchased the multi colour wristband for the local Pride Event. The ordering process was easy due to the well laid out website. Communication with Britannia was fast which meant the delivery was met by the quick deadline that was set. The product was of an excellent quality. Use Britannia regualrly and always recieve excellent service and goods.

May 02,2014I am organizing some fundraising for charity and for that purpose ordered some wristbands and lanyards. They were amazingly patient and helpful with designing the products for me as we had to change to layout a couple of times before reaching the final result. Products are of decent quality although a couple of them had a small splodge/smear from the production line. I would definitely use them again another time.

Apr 08,2014We used Britannia Promotion to provide charity wristbands for our 20th birthday event and were very pleased with the service. We contacted them as a last minute idea a couple of weeks before the event - they replied promptly, with clear deadlines to receive the goods on time. The design work was excellent, following our brief perfectly and even tracking down our font so that the bands match our branding. Delivery was perfectly on time. All in all, a fantastic service - really pleased, would recommend and would definitely use this company again.

Apr 07,2014I found the staff helpful and friendly. There were a few typos in my name and address and we had to edit the artwork once; but the process worked well and I received my lanyards, to specification and on time. I would use Britannia again.
