I successfully completed the Level 5 DET course at Britannia Training Centre, and it has truly been an exceptional journey. The sales teams comprising of Sophia and Danilyas were quick to respond and did not get impatient with the number of questions I threw at them to make sure I was picking the best provider for the AET. I Am looking foward to using Moodle. Even though Pearson were offereing 3 online courses for free along with the AET, I checked the sample video and was deeply unimpressed... given how global Pearson/Edulink I was disappointed with the sample teaching video thus decided to go with School of Academics because I feel like the oldest providers don't need to try so hard and I was really pleased with the fact that Britannia have a fast-track option. I hope to finish the AET and do the level 4 and 5 certificate and diploma with them. So far, very impressed

I spoke to Ayaz on the phone, who explained everything in great detail, and answered any and all questions that I had about the course, qualifications, etc. He was lovely and supportive, and even called me back later in the day so I could figure things out. He was very transparent about everything, and quite enthusiastic. If you get called by Ayaz, know you'll be in very good hands. Otherwise, I've so far had good experiences with everything else too. I love the fact that there's so many people you can speak to if you need help.

I have been looking for an assessor course for a while, the Britannia website is very thorough and provided me with the details I needed to go ahead with booking on the course. Ayaz answered my questions straight away and was extremely helpful. I am now looking forward to receiving my course details and starting the course.

First it was Sophia who wowed me with her patience in answering all my questions politely yesterday and later in the day it was Daniyal and today it was Ayaz that attended to me effectively. If for their customer service alone I will recommend them and I believe I will enjoy studying here because I just registered for a course.
