Feb 12,2025Loved the variety of different prints. I found it difficult to search for specific themes and fits. The search engine showed all related options instead of options that fit all search criteria. I would like more information on the fabric quality and the nature of the cotton blend.

Jan 31,2025Measured twice and checked the chart twice before ordering and even ordered the long sleeve shirts and and sweatshirts a size larger and the 2xl fit like a L and the XL fit like a M. I'm so sad because I waited forever for the package to get here and I was so excited for what I picked out. No exchanges and all they want to do is brush you off with a 12% coupon. $150 down the drain.

Jan 30,2025I didn’t receive the item I ordered. The store is asking that I close a dispute with PayPal in return for a 12% discount but I would really just like a refund on the shirt that never arrived.

Jan 30,2025Items are poor quality and arrived VERY LATE! I asked to return and get refund. This company ignored my photos of damaged items and my request for refund and only offered me a 12% discount on another order. I will never ever order from them or refer them to anybody.

Jan 21,2025Never received item. Asked briteneye about it, they blamed the shipping company they use and gave me an email address for that company, which bounced back at me. Asked briteneye for more help, no response. Disputed the claim with my credit card, got my money back.

Jan 07,2025The FB ad said 50% off, so I was expecting 50% off to be applied when I checked out. This didn't happen and I paid the price on the garment I selected minus I think 10% for giving you my contact details. Your advertising is misleading , I don't know if that's intentional , but I won't be able to recommend you to friends as a result. Hope this helps you improve your website and marketing .

Jan 03,2025I wish I could say anything positive about this company. The items I ordered looked adorable online. It took months after I ordered them to arrive, and the quality is terrible. The sizing is not true to size. The prints are blurry and the fabric feels cheap and flimsy. When you try to contact customer service for a return, no one responds.

Jan 03,2025Shirt is much to small for a size Large; the shirt image is cute and as advertised, but the fabric is some kind of shiny synthetic instead of the sweatshirt fabric I was expecting, and there's no fabric content label or washing instructions. I would return it if the return process wasn't complicated and expensive. Am considering cutting out the cute image and appliqueing it to an actual size Large sweatshirt.
