Jun 05,2024They agreed a price to proof read and publish then once paid asked for more. They said I could pay half up front and the rest on completion. Then demanded full payment. When they proof read my book they shredded it. Changed words to nonsense, on association changed to on "an" association. They reverse all dates, I had to spend 3 days totally rewriting corrections, then they kept sending final copies based on the original ignoring the corrections! They do not understand basic English. The first warning came when they took every double space after a full stop and altered it to one! I repeatedly asked them to use the updated document and they did not. I have gone to another published. They do not listen to what you ask and they ignore it. Even contact via Facebook was unreliable, lies and contradictions. This is out there for anyone to see on my FB profile. They said they had proof that they had been calling me and could not get through. I then told them I had dropped my phone, it broke and I had to cancel the sim. They twist everything as it suits them. Another reason I want nothing to do with them. They couldn't even get my name right, on my book they called me,, my name is Adrian, not Andrina the word is ordeal - not or deal!
