Apr 04,2024Avoid ! Company is not responding to emails requesting a refund after following the instructions on their website to do so. I queried the fact their company is dissolved on Companies house and has left me in doubt as to the quality or content of the Plant sterols I ordered. I was advised they would get back to me as this was 'fake news' but have never responded since. Their 5 star rating applies only to food hygiene standards (such as a restaurant requires) and not to any product standards. There is a use by date but no Batch numbers and no indictation who is the 3rd party they say is verifying the product. There are no official stamps or logos to endorse the product. My packet of tablets arrived smelling strongly of cigarette smoke. I have now taken the matter to my Bank to get a refund and will be reporting to trading Standards. Your response is both rude and unacceptable. I have contacted you on many occasions and you have never responded. I am nothing to do with British supplements who seem to sound strangely just like you. If trust pilot allows this kind of response then I shall not be using them again either.

Apr 04,2024I had full trust and no issues with placing and receiving my order..HOWEVER, after noticing a review on here that claimed this company was dissolved I looked it uo.on company house. Please kindly clarify Sirs, company house showing your registered business as being dissolved on 12mar but clearly you are still trading (my purchase was at least 10days after) . Why this discrepancy? As you can imagine, the purchase of your products hinges predominantly on trust..as a consumer, one can only trust the supplements contain what is advertised at the dosage mentioned. However continue to trade when not permitted to do by law is a major cause for eroding trust in all areas of your business. : EDIT.. I just saw email. Company house definitely shows company as dissolved. Perhaps you need tp contact them to correct any errors..also see their announcements in financial gazette

Apr 01,2024I bought Virgin Olive Oil Vitamin D softgel supplements from British Vitamins and they arrived in good time. However, the ingredients on the packaging claimed they were made from sunflower oil, not virgin olive oil as advertised on their website. Despite multiple requests for a return label, the seller provided vague assurances that he would send me one, over a period of three weeks and three emails later with the last reply reading he would send me one later that day. A few more days pass and still nothing, so I contacted Amazon Pay for assistance, and they acted on my behalf and eventually Amazon pay refunded me in full. All this occured over a period of a month. As for sending me the correct vitamins, there was no mention to me they would do this and the first response I received from them was the following, "yes there is mistake in print on the pouches but im happy to send return label and send refund". If they had sent me the correct vitamins it's been two months, I'm still waiting for those and the return label but I won't hold my breath. Consider this experience before making a purchase decision with this company.

Apr 01,2024I am a new customer to this company. I ordered 2 packets of lichen sourced higher strength vitamin D tablets. When they arrived the tablet packaging had a headline label as being vitamin D sourced from ‘Linchen’ . I emailed the company to ask them about this and was sent the detailed blurb about the benefits of lichen. The email I sent had not been read and understood. I then lost confidence in the product so I will not be taking the tablets or ordering again from this company.

Mar 29,2024Liked the follow up on my order to ensure that the delivery was on time and tracked. Product its self seems to have had a significant effect on my symptoms, namely tremors. I have not changed my prescribed medication and take one capsule midday as a supplement. It’s only been a week but so far the results have been very positive.
