Very helpful staff. Delivered a washing machine and had to get it downstairs which was not a problem to them. Old washing machine was taken away. They ran through instructions on use before leaving. I will not think twice about using Broadbents when purchasing any other appliance.

I ordered a dishwasher on line on Saturday morning. Within 15 minutes I was contacted by phone to arrange a delivery date and payment. They arranged to deliver and install that same afternoon. They installed free of charge and charged a small fee for removing the old one and taking it away. The whole transaction was done in a day and went without a hitch.

Ordered on line Saturday night. No payment taken as that point. Contacted 1st thing Monday morning to advise yes item in stock. Paid for over phone and delivered and installed by 3pm same afternoon (free delivery!) Amazing service!
