Feb 22,2025Super clean (literally three ingredients), excited to see the benefits (decreased inflammation, increased immunity, better heart health and even better energy). Sometimes it's nice to take a "bonus" supplement that isn't your typical vitamin or mineral. sulforaphane is the main ingredient in BROQ and the package comes with a description of it being tested and having the highest quality it can -- you can tell that this company cares about quality and delivering! Also I really expected this supplement to smell, but it doesn't :)

The capsules are easy to take, and I like that the quality is backed by lab tests. A bit pricey, but totally worth it. Just wish it was easier to find sometimes! Will keep using it.

Feb 20,2025I just got this BROQ supplements in the mail. So far I've tried it for two days and it's going well. It has a combination of broccoli seeds, horseradish, and rice hulls which provide a source of vitamin and nutrients. It doesn't have an aftertaste and doesn't have any smell. This aids in digestion and promotes detoxification. I would definitely recommend if you need a boost in your health.

Feb 13,2025Broq is a great product made from broccoli seeds, horse radish and rice hulls. It's a Sulforophane supplement, and non-GMO . I decided to try this because of the way its' produced (no solvents) and it is supposed to help with all kinds of things such as inflammation, heart health, brain health, immune health and energy! My personal goal is to improve my health and when I read about Broq, I decided to give it a try since I lead an active life and want to remain healthy for my family. I decided to try Broq because the ad stated that it wouldn't irritate my stomach, and I had tried other Sulforophane supplements that did bother my stomach. Needless to say I tried Broq and after about a week, I felt more energetic, my thinking was sharper, and my body felt good. I'm so glad I found it!

So, I don’t spend too much time writing reviews, but I had to say at least a little something about Broq: For an antioxidant supplement that’s apparently derived from natural sources, non-GMO and all that, it feels like every ingredient was designed in a lab; what I mean is that it works and you’ll FEEL it working (note that said results can manifest themselves in all kinds of ways, but that comes with literally detoxifying one’s body). And when Broq’s doing its thing and working its magic, inflammation straight-up becomes a thing of the past. As an anxious person who has resigned himself to accepting constant inflammation, this is simply a gamechanger. Now that I’m able to walk into important meetings without my insides feeling like they’re on fire, I might actually start to enjoy them. Mar 03,2025My brother wouldn’t shut up about BROQ (he actually gave me my 1st bottle and then I just bought a 2nd one since I finished the first). My energy is up, my joints don’t feel like they need a WD-40 treatment every morning, and I’m actually remembering why I walked into a room. Sulforaphane (the main ingredient in BROQ) helps with inflammation, brain function, and energy. I don’t know the science behind it, but I do know I’m feeling a whole lot better. It also helps the body detox. Which, considering I’m constantly breathing in car exhaust and other questionable city air, sounds like a bonus. Plus, if it really helps with healthy aging, maybe my brother and I will still be arguing about supplements when we’re 100. Until then, I’m just enjoying feeling like a well-oiled machine instead of a rusty old lawnmower.
