Dec 18,2021Ben helped my Aunty with her landlords buildings and contents. She is a portfolio landlord of HMOs so this was quite a bespoke quote she needed. Having had a renewal quote through she wanted to understand her other options. I reached out to Ben at Brunel Ben was able to look over her renewal quote and find another policy that was not only significantly cheaper (by two thrids) but also more comprehensive, giving my aunt greater protection. Ben saved my aunt money but most importantly was able to keep her needs at the centre of what he was doing.

After he had reviewed our current and potential future needs he came back to me with a more appropriate, increased cover for the same premium. Needless to say we gave him the business. Dec 17,2021I use Brunel for my business insurance and am very happy. My broker (Ben Savage) is knowledgeable and reactive to our needs. Thanks to Brunel i have made significant savings on my insurance from our previous insurer while stil increasing our level of cover. I have recommended Brunel and Ben Savage to to several business owners i know and will contine to do so. My insurance is up for renewal in the new year and i will be asking Ben to quote and fully expect to be using Brunel for many years to come

Dec 17,2021Having been a client of Brunel for several years, and recommended by my accountant, I can honestly say, Brunel have looked after me and provided the Best Service. A month before renewal, John Clark contacted me and recommended a policy provider change, that brought my payment down a great deal, actually by more than £100! Within hours of renewal payment validation, my policy documents were in my mailbox. Brilliant Service and Highly Recommend.

Jan 17,2022Great Western Air Ambulance Charity has used Brunel for our insurance since 2018. Insuring an airbase, office, shops, pool cars, and all our many and varied activities is not exactly a straightforward ask! However, Ben and the team at Brunel have always made it seem so easy, providing reassurance and putting our minds at rest at every turn. We take great delight in thinking of weird and wonderful things to do, and dropping Ben a line to ask if it is covered by our insurance. The answer is invariably 'Yes!' thankfully, and the answer comes back incredibly promptly, allowing us to get on with raising money and saving lives, knowing Brunel have our backs.
