Jan 09,2020Brilliant service, I had some questions regarding the led strip and I got a response the same day, the sales person took the time to explain what I need and how to do it. Now my kitchen and laundry room are nice and bright :) at the same time I picked up a ring doorbell as I had seen them on tv and after checking eBay etc found that bs electric goodies were the cheapest so double bargain :)

Jan 30,2020Ordered a new ring battery over a week ago , Contacted asking where it is only to get a reply that the supplier is out of stock and it could be another week. Although a supplier issue I think that you should have been made aware and been able to inform the customer rather than the customer chasing the item . Other than that excellent service.
