We came to Satish with lots of ideas, based on our experience as online readers and customers. He listened, encouraged us to work out what we liked about the sites we used, what we didn't like. That was only the start. He was meticulous in documenting his role, setting out project milestones and estimated completion times along with a detailed project proposal. We are very happy with what he has built for us. But even more than that, we are happy with the process - we worked by email and zoom mainly and he was always quick and clear in his messages. He met every single deadline even when we introduced new "good ideas". He kept us across every stage and brought us in as full participants in the review and testing process which was very reassuring. His prices are very reasonable and fair. We will be continuing to work with him as our business develops and we publish new books.

The service provided was affordable. I was provided with updates on each stage of the project. The communication avenues was excellent. Overall, the contents and layout of my business website was great. I was also given support to be able to change or edit the contents on my website at anytime which is great. I have recommended x2 people to utilise this service.
