Mar 22,2019Bit reluctant to purchase as I'd never heard of Budgetpoint before and they don't have the flashiest website like competitors. However, the price kept nagging me so I bit the bullet. Initial comms were good - UPS were to deliver and I was given tracking. Next day an email arrived saying that Royal Mail would deliver? Parcel turned up though with UPS, only two days after ordering. Fantastic price (same product £261 more expensive at John Lewis) and good service.

Mar 19,2019Saved myself £50 by buying from Budgetpoint. Quick delivery and, at first glance, everything appears to be OK. Will probably be a few weeks before I can carry out the installation though. I will definitely consider buying from Budgetpoint again. Thank you.

Jan 10,2019The one thing i would say is these people are not reliable. Do not buy stuff from them.Very disappointed as my order never arrived. When you try to call them they never answered. I feel the online form asking for my item they said it has been mis placed by courier company. I said i work for the courier company give me the tracking number they said I dont have it. They did not have the number because they never send me one as when I order a doll house it was for 119 pounds and now it is showing 220 pounds. And they said it is out of stock and forcing me take my money back and order again once in stock which I refuse as the price has gone up so they wanted me to pay the bigger price. I said send me once in stock but i did not receive anything and when I contact them without any reply they have sent my money back. I would not give them any star. Needs to think twice before cheat any customer. My daughter was waiting for her Christmas gift which never arrive. Sorry but i will not remove this review as I was never informed by your company but when I filled the online form on your website than you called me to say it was lost in transit. You did not have evan courtesy to call your customer and say that why was it not arrived. And you ask me to buy again when in stock but then I had to pay you the full price which was in offer in Christmas.

Normally I am very sceptical of using new online retailer but when I contacted and communicated with budgetpoint.co.uk I received prompt response. My shopping experience with budgetpoint.co.uk been excellent they delivered the products on time and this shopping experience been very cost effective. In future I will use them again.

Mar 29,2019Excellent customer services. I was trying to order Bosch Athlet Vacuum Cleaner from their website but couldn't get past the registration process. I called their customer service number and the advisor explained that he would send me a link to click on to help me proceed. After that the process was quite simple. The item was delivered on time and the fact that they offer free shipping on all their products is wonderful. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.
