Sep 26,2023I happened to stumble across Build it store by chance, i spoke to the manager that i was interested in buying some patio paving for a new landscaping project for our back garden. He kindly showed me a large variety of the samples he had in store. I was unsure what i wanted and the manager sensed this, he asked if i would give him a few more days for him to acquire some more samples of new stock he had arriving. As he was polite and not forcing a sale onto me i agreed. I came back about five days later to see the new stock/samples he had in store. Out of the samples he had shown me i really liked the Kandla Grey Porcelain paving slabs 900x600. I purchased 4 pallets without hesitation. Pallets arrived on day of my choosing which made planning the other deliveries i needed a lot easier. Top quality products and top tier level of customer service. Thank you Build it Store.

Jul 09,2023Great product and good price, really good customer service. Constant communication and if I had any questions about anything the guys were really helpful. Frequent updates about delivery of slabs. Would definitely recommend and hope to use again in the future. Only thing is I had to pay extra £100 for delivery when it said on website it was free but was understandable as it’s a local business in England and had to transport these to Scotland.

Very quick response by Sal throughout the whole process. Very pleased with my purchase and experience. Great price. Customer service was fantastic as well. Very much recommended. I will be returning!
