About Us
My name is Leon and I am the creator of the BUNGEE SPONGEE® brand and products. A fantastic range of unique sponge products. BUNGEE SPONGEE Ltd is a family run business on the South coast of the UK.
I discovered that potentially millions of sponges all around the world are lost to the oceans, seas and waterways every year whilst being used on board water craft! So I created the Bungee Spongee product with the environment in mind primarily but also to improve the fishing/sailing/boating experience. We have continued to develop and evolve our registered design into a product many people now rely on having experienced not just the convenience of the Bungee Spongee but a personal customer service that is second to none!
Honesty and trust will remain at the forefront of our many family values and we carry these values through into our business. Our products, from the angling and boating versions, to the future car cleaning and domestic versions will seek to put a smile on our customer’s faces through their unique practicality and novel ways.

Jul 09,2018I have been using Bungee Spongee for a while now and I have to say that it's a simple yet amazing idea that really does what "it says on the tin". Having spent decades occasionally dropping the ubiquitous yellow sponges causing scratches in my vehicles progressively loading my sponge with abrasive particles. It's so easy to use and as the instructions suggest really is undroppable. Double security around the wrist and over the back of the hand really does ensure zero chance of dropping it! It's also reversible so you can use both surfaces with equal security. My two vehicles have never been so clean and because my sponge is not loaded with small gritty particles it glides over the paintwork so much better! If you want a supremely clean motor check out Bungee Spongee's "how to clean a car properly" it's a revelation! Finally, a big point for me was that it was designed and made in Britain and has really cool Eco credentials. You may pay a tiny bit more for your sponge but you do get what you pay for and with this product you potentially save a fortune on car paintwork repairs - whats not to like?

Jul 21,2017Been using these for a couple of years now, have them attached to the rails on both the port and starboard side of my Warrior 195. Well made, robust and hard wearing they have a multitude of uses and I just put them in the washing machine at the end of the season! When they do eventually wear out I will buy more, already given a couple to friends with boats. Recommended.
