Jan 10,20231)Big team of second language English employees or contractors at BWG. 2) This carries forward in their grammar, spelling and punctuation or lack there of. 3) draconian monetary contract of corse in there favor. 4)they do not check there work from mobile to desktop or to tablet! 5)they adjust headers and footers without consent to 1/3rd page 6) what they charge is an inflated price for an amateur. 7) when you point out these things they don’t fix it they deflect. Then make it your problem so you end up paying for rework if your not able to fix it yourself. 8)when they write ✍️ on your website they will not use the same font or color code thst has been indexed and will make it live before checking this. BLOODY AMATEURS

Dec 20,2018Richard, Layne, Adam and the team are great, they created our logo with is, set up our website just how we wanted it and put up with our out the box ideas and our many decision changes and managed to create something that we think represents our company well and we are really happy with. They keep in contact with us and always have new ideas to do with our advertising to keep things fresh and up to date, they are always happy to change something or add something to our website or create something new for us like business stationary (letterheads cards etc) Our experience so far with the Business Website Group has been excellent and fun. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to take their business & advertising that step further.

Mar 05,2024A good year on from cancelling any work with BWG (aka Numero) and I'm still finding mistakes in the back end of our website created by this company. Issues included: • Clear use of overseas employees with poor spelling, grammar and a seemingly lack of effort with proof-reading. Found another company's name on the Meta description for our home page... • Poor grasp of our industry despite multiple meetings and explanations with project leader. • Inability to adhere to project specifications. For example they were told to stay clear of any individual product headers, descriptions, page titles etc and to focus on collections only. To this day I am still finding edited (and inaccurate) product page titles, which will be hurting the optimisation of said products. We have over 2500 product listings, so this is a major headache. • Blog posts - clearly a copy and paste one size fits all approach. Reminded me of early phase AI writing. Found myself re-writing copy that was provided to me for approval because of how poorly it was written. I could go on. Terrible experience. Unfortunate that my boss was coaxed into this service over the phone with the ridiculous promise of 'see XX growth in sales with us'. If it seems too good to be true, it's because it is.
