You can't email them and the phone lines are only open in office hours, but the service is otherwise excellent. The products are in good quality, well packed and turn up in a timely fashion.

Really disappointed in delivery service having cost me £80- delivery man dropped my order of steel on the road. When my other half asked if he could move it into the garage or at least onto our drive(to avoid any scrap men helping themselves) he told her to get a neighbour to help. For 80quid delivery charge I’d expect at least half a s**t given.
