Need to improve communication, wasn't told when my items were dispatched, wasnt told when there was a problem and they were returned and wasn't told when they were dispatched again. Had to keep enquiring which wasted my time and yours

Cheapest full price website for the water flosser. Product arrived quickly and has been working fine in the 2 weeks I’ve had it. Plus order from them again. I’ve only used the standard head and haven’t explored any others but impressed so far. It gets so much extra food out vs just brushing and using interdental brushes. Very good range of pressure, 1-2 was a good starter setting, I’m now on 4 and may try slightly higher but don’t imagine I’d use 8-10. The rotating head works well and the on/off handle switch means I don’t waste water whilst adjusting the position. I’m still finding it quite messy and occasionally spray the walls but it’s only water so not a big deal. It’s quite noisy but it’s no bother for me. I’ve been recommended to clean it once a month to prevent mould, I can see that it tends to pool in the handles and where the reservoir connects so will research how best to clean. A full water reservoir lasts me about 4-5 mins on power setting 4. It recommends 2 mins for whole mouth but it takes me double that. Impressed so far, will consider the portable one for travel post-covid.
