It is nice to read the pros and cons of the reviews and it doesn't seem like they "hide" the negative reviews from under the product. I just ordered one piece to try out to see how they delivery and plan to come back for more if they do a good job!

Purchased a replica coffee table and shipping was smooth. I didn't get an immediate order notification but they did send updates once it shipped out. Customer service is quick to respond as well with any inquiries. 5/5 experience for me!
