Sep 23,2024CabAir, specifically Katy as a driver, highly recommended! We needed a long-distance transport for us and our two cats from Newcastle port to Edinburgh and tried to find a reliable taxi company that did not require full upfront payment. Browsing all kinds of taxi operators online, I became really hesitant seeing that so many people had poor experiences with their paid rides never showing up, and we were travelling from abroad with bulky luggage. Unfortunately, CabAir doesn’t have too many reviews online but I can only recommend it! Booking was easy and the communication with the handlers and drivers over the phone was super smooth. I was able to pay half upfront and half at drop-off. Very content with their service and would definitively book again 😊

Sep 20,2024I booked a taxi from Glasgow to Edinburgh airport. I chose CabAir because they seemed professional but reasonably priced. CabAir contacted me the day before to confirm and give me contact details for the driver. I received a message 45 mins before the pick-up time to say that the driver was on the way; another to say that the driver had arrived (early). Michael the driver was very pleasant and chatty, without being intrususive. I was VERY impressed.

Sep 10,2024We used Cab Air for transfer from Edinburgh Airport to Galashiels following a 23.30 arrival. We were contacted by our driver Michael before the flight to confirm details of pick up and immediately on landing and after collecting baggage. He was very pleasant and efficient and made the whole process extremely easy. Simple booking process and immediate confirmation. Excellent communication throughout the process from confirmation of booking to details of the car and driver on the day of pick up from airport. Price was very competitive with other companies and I doubt that their service could be beaten. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in need of transfer to or from Edinburgh Airport. Many thanks to all.

Sep 01,2024Amazing service! Really easy to book and amend if required. Great communication pre and during pick up. We used this service to do a pick from a wedding from Bridge of Earn back to Edinburgh with multiple drop offs. Martin messaged to introduce himself and when he was outside. Very patient while we waited for the rest of the group to get in. Very happy with the service and will be using again.

You tube video supplied by Michael the driver to indicate where to meet him which was very much appreciated as we had never flown to Edinburgh. Thank you Michael and Cabair! We would highly recommend this reasonably priced and efficient company. Would most definitely use again.
