Sep 16,2022After multiple failed delivery attempts ( didn't leave the warehouse or mysteriously ends up back at warehouse instead of being delivered multiple times.) Arranged with seller to get refund and seller contacts dhl to return non delivered items. but expects me to wait for dhl to return products ive never seen or received before i get my refund. days later still waiting for refund and items still not returned ( brilliant choice using dhl ) Dont bother giving them your custom , you can get cheaper better offers and guaranteed next day delivery elsewhere.

Apr 08,2020Avoid this company!!!!! Purchased a fan from them and 6 months later it broke, when trying to return the item for repair/replacement I was met with rudeness and threats to release my personal details on the internet. Completely unprofessional and thuggish behaviour.

Jul 24,2024Purchased a chiller on there amazon store that they had for sale then they emailed me the day after to tell me they did not have it in stock then refunded only the amount without vat so had to get amazon involved thieves io will be speaking to the tax office as well
