What do I look for from a retailer? Price, Delivery, Quality. Most 'branded' products are the same no matter where you get them from. So the fact that they offered the best price and they delivered 1 day after receiving the order means I'm happy. Thanks!

Just 2 days before our camping vacation we decided to order the Galileo 5 front extension as there was rain in the weather forecasts. Delivery was just 2 days to get it to the Netherlands however, it was the front extension for the Galileo 4 not 5 ... I emailed John and he arranged a new delivery within half an hour! 2 days later we received the Galileo 5 front extension at the camping address in Holland and we got it up before the 7 days rain we had:p Big thumbs up for the fast delivery and above all, Top notch service !!

Recently shopped around for the Coleman duel fuel stove and a set of Vango cooking pans for my fishing & camping trips. Camping & Caravan direct who I have not used before had a really competitive price on the stove and a good selection of Vango pan sets to choose from so that sealed my choice.
