The BIG plus was being able to ring and speak to a real person and ask all my questions and get knowledgeable answers. Not sit typing a chat online! Great to be able to support a local business.

I had no problem whatsoever with one return, and my Hoolie 2 ETC tent arrived well packaged and ready to go on its first adventure with me and the dog.
