Aug 31,2021I greatly apologize for my ignorance in your company; you should be highly commended on the excellent work that you do. About the sim card; I was searching around google for a website to give me an unlock pin code to unlock it from a US provider and i wasn't sure if it was from tracfone or not. I wasn't trying to scam your company, I honestly thought it would take minutes to get the pin not hours. Also, I could not get into the website to see how long it would take cause I could not until the payment was processed. Then I found out and I thought that i was being taken for a loop; now I know I was wrong and I again greatly apologize.

Aug 10,2021I can't stand up to praise these guys they both got my phone that was stolen but returned to me off The Blacklist when the carrier wouldn't or couldn't. The IMEI cleaning service took 7 days which was fast and they successfully removed it from The Blacklist. Then I decided I wanted to use their Network unlocking services, the Samsung software option specifically, and again perfect! Barely took any time at all and they were helpful through everything; responding to emails, giving advice. They're just all around a fantastic company, in a world full of scammers, I wouldn't use anyone else.

Aug 03,2021I was very pleased that the unlocking service worked as expected. The only challenging part was trusting that the service would actually work during the waiting period because the website used to advertise and sell the service is not the same as the website that responds after payment, which created some doubts. I was very relieved that this was NOT a scam, and it really worked. Best price, and it worked.

Aug 03,2021After sitting on the phone with Rogers and being transferred numerous times trying to get an unlock, it seemed “free” wasn’t worth the headache. So I gave these guys a try. iPhone was unlocked 2 days later. Well worth the small fee.
