The unlocking process worked without any problems. The phone has been working fine and has been through one iOS update already without any issues. Sep 01,2020I bought a used phone locked to the Rogers network to use with SpeakOut which is on the same network. I contacted Rogers to unlock the phone so I could use it on a different network and they wouldn't even talk to me unless I had a current account. Fortunately CanadaUnlocking was there to help. The instructions were accurate and easy to understand, service was pretty fast and they gave me a direct email and phone number in case of any problems. With a money back guarantee if it doesn't work, I figured I couldn't go wrong. The unlocking process was so smooth it was boring and boy did I need some boring in my life. Aug 14,2020So I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 from Rogers, and after 3 years I was still being charged monthly for my subsidised phone purchase with that should have ended after my 2 year agreement was complete. Rogers told me I had to call them to tell them my 2 year agreement ended. After I copied CBC, Global on my response email, Rogers decided to send me a cheque for the 13 months of scam charges. I obviously switched carriers and when I called to get the unlock code for my S7, I was told that my particular Galaxy S7 model was one of the only models that didn't allow for unlocking, which was strange since my other carriers sim card caused my phone to prompt for an unlock code. Enter canadaunlock .(sorry for the rambling on) 2 days later my phone is on my new carrier and all is well. Now time to get a new phone lol

Aug 09,2020Used this service over the past several years for the 3rd hand me down phone. Even though the providers are supposed to do this for free now they make it impossible. You have to make an account, but you can’t make an account without a phone number with them. Talked to their chat and researched for a week trying to go the free path, and gave up and went back to Canada Unlocking once again. While you have to pay in US dollars for some reason, it was very fast I had the code under an hour. Excellent service once again.

Aug 03,2020Thanks so much to CanadaUnlocking.com. My phone was sim locked from Freedom mobility as I purchased the phone through them and switched providers. After contacting them twice and waiting twelve days each time as they said it could take them that long to generate a code for me I was feeling like I was out of options other than to wait - I launched a complaint through CCTS against Freedom but that can take up to another 30 days just to have Freedom contact me in regards to my complaint. The transaction was fast and worked as promised. Thanks again.
