Jan 05,2020I ordered for a unlocking code friday. And it says that they will start to process on monday. I need the phone baldy. So I call the old carrier the next day which is Saturday and as a Canada new policy all cellphone unit should be unlocked before they sell to Customer. So anyways my old carrier open unlocked my phone right away on that Saturday morning. So I immediately call the canadaUnlocking and ask them if they can cancelled my order. The Customer service agent said that they will review. If the phone is already unlocked before they start the process they will automatically refund me. I am very confident that I will get my refund since my phone was already unlocked and their process is not going to start until monday. Soon to figure out that they went through the process and still send me the unlockeling code and charge me. Even though its already unlocked 2 days before the process. 👎👎👎👎👎

Jan 04,2020Got my codes in a great amount of time. They worked without any problems. Wish I would have started here. I wasted about 5 hours contacting the carriers. I finally got fed up and spent the small amount for my codes. Definitely worth my time and I will do it again if we ever need another phone unlocked. I highly recommend CanadaUnlocking.
