I have tried the Vanilla Whey protein and the Cinnibon flavor as well and they are both AMAZING. Their prices are great and their shipping is quick. I will recommend this place over and over!

Aug 01,2020I've been trying many different supp company for years and I am really glad I've found Canadian protein. Their product are amazing and natural. I am dairy and gluten free and they offert so many option. Vegan protein are usually tasting bad and hard to mixte but I really like the maple and chocolate vegan protein from Canadian protein. Always quality. I used also zinc, mag and NAC. Only positive comment about it.

Aug 01,2020I ordered the vanilla flavoured blended protein. When it arrived (in good time) it had excellent packaging. (I do wish they used proper zip seals for their bags like the ones found on MP combat protein powder bags). I mixed some with milk and.... Wow! So delicious like the tastiest vanilla milk shake I ever had. Excellent product!

Upon further investigation my apartment number was not specified in the shipping directions, so canada post just left the box outside my building. After sending an email to customer service explaining this I received no reply to rectify the situation. After reading some of the other reviews it seems im not the only one to experience this problem. Won't be risking another purchase with this company in the future. ************************************************* Nothing in my spam box, and I find that hard to believe, considering I received all of your other replies regarding this situation. If you could kindly resend these emails as I have no means of communication otherwise. ************************** If that was the case then why wasn't I notified about this claim considering I contacted your customer support a month ago? I always double or even triple check my shipping details when ordering online, and even leave additional directions (when possible) with the apt# and not to leave at the front door. Irregardless, as long term customer I'd hope I would at least get some compensation or answers. ***************************** An email informing me that you even took any action at all would have been professional. Instead you just left me hanging for weeks with no explanation. I have received all of her previous replies (and even all your newsletters) so your spam box excuse doesn't sound very plausible. Also I find it odd you have not contacted me by email yet and resort to a review board for communication. Regardless of who's at fault, a company that values further business would just say "don't worry about it" and send another one free of charge instead of pointing blame. I won't be continuing this conversation here so you can throw more generic excuses at me to save face with the public, I think I've made my point.
