I’ve already left a review praising the incredible customer experience I received from Joel and Connor, but after my most recent interaction with Car Loan 365, I feel compelled to share even more about this company’s outstanding service. Yesterday, I spoke with Zuhaib, who thoroughly guided me through various options, including breakdown cover, with such care and professionalism that I truly felt valued as a customer. Zuhaib’s attention to detail, patience, and dedication to ensuring I had the best experience were remarkable. It’s rare in today’s fast-paced world to encounter a team that genuinely takes the time to follow up and ensure every aspect of the process is seamless. To top it off, when I needed help contacting the dealer to arrange picking up my car, I called Car Loan 365 again and spoke to Connor, who had already finished assisting me previously. Without hesitation, Connor immediately stepped in, sent an email to the dealer, and ensured they got in touch with me. Jan 20,2025DO NOT USE Kiah stopped responding to my text messages and emails once she had received all of my personal information, some of which is highly sensitive. I eventually received an email saying my application had been refused even though I have proof that I could pay a loan at a much higher rate and was initially approved for the loan. I would have concerns that this company is involved in some kind of scam/identity fraud with all the information they request claiming they need it in order to submit it to a a “lender” I shall look forward to receiving a call (it won’t happen. I had a rude email from Kiah).

Jan 19,2025Wasn’t sure what I wanted or what I was really looking for but after contacting car loans365 they gave me billy to help me and help me he did he went the extra mile in everything he done for me and was amazing! Had so much knowledge when it came to cars and helped me with every question I threw at him there wasn’t one he didn’t answer in the best way for me to understand!! Would highly recommend anyone to use him as there advisor and I will definitely be using him again!! Great service and great guy

Jan 18,2025I had a totally ridiculous experience with an advisor called Devon, I applied for finance for a vehicle and everything worked out with the green light both by call and messages until the next day I was notified that after all nothing was processed because of driving licence already submitted to Devon and the reason why the approval was rejected would be the driver's license. I submitted all the documents they asked me for and even so they gave me false hopes about something that would never happen.Plus made me pay a car warranty called bumper to which a credit was created in my credit profile after credit approval and I'm still waiting to be refunded since the car purchase process fell. Lamentable!

Jan 24,2025I would DEFINITELY recommend this company. They helped me soo much, I was stressing out as I needed a car ASAP. I’ve got a family and having to take public transportation is not it at all. Billy was really helpful and patient with me. He helped me get a car in my budget, I didn’t feel rushed at all. There were times I was slow in getting back to him in terms of gathering documentation but he was very patient and kind. Would text me make sure everything is sound and clear and that i understand everything that is going on. He assured me! Unfortunately the car I was going for in the beginning had mileage discripency which we found out at the end (fault from car dealership), however this didn’t stop us for looking again & I found an even better car! Don’t rush it otherwise u will get a car you don’t fully want! I didn’t feel pressured at all & all the workers were lovely and kind.
