Aug 27,2023Alex (from Moldova) came to clean a carpet on the stairs of our new house which was extremely dirty. He was very professional and polite and arrived exactly on time. We were delighted with the result and, in addition we asked Alex if he wouldn't mind helping us to hang a very large and heavy mirror over the mantlepiece and he was more than willing to oblige. I more than recommend Happy Clean and Alex in particular.

Aug 03,2023This is about the 4th/5th time I have used Happy Clean's services to bring our well-worn stairs carpet back to new! (We have several rescue dogs and a houseful of adults!!!) I got a lovely surprise today when Alex, one of their machine operatives, arrived to do our stairs and landing. He had been with me some years ago, and it had been his first day on the job. His professionalism was just as excellent, as it was back then. He did an outstanding job and our stairs/landing looks amazing. Upon further communication with Olivia we got the problem resolved extremely efficiently and had someone back out to me almost immediately. Very good turnaround and I’m now delighted with everything.
