Jun 29,2023We had an amazing experience with Carplus, honestly, I could not recommended them enough, our advisor was Mahad Asir and his customer service, mannerism and help was 10/10. Our journey started when my gearbox went on my car, it would cost more to fix the gearbox then the car was worth so it was a write off. We began looking for a new car but stumbled on a huge road block when we were refused finance, not sure why as we have good credit. Anyway we found Carplus online, checked out reviews and although they were amazing, I was a little dubious. I completed the online form and within 25 mins I was approved finance and connected with Mahad. We found a car (with the help of Mahad) and everything was finalised within literally a few hours. I picked my car up today, just 72 hours later. Also there interest rates are fair, in line with other lenders and there are no admin fees. I’m so impressed and will go through Carplus with all future car financing purchases. Thanks so much.

The checks and criteria for finance pass on the vehicle and dealership is rigorous and if your on a low budget and the adviser I had really helped accommodate for my budget and didn’t try to push a higher value sale like every other company.
