I was at home by the time the parcel was delivered, hence I know that no one knocked the door or ring the bell. That is why I was so surprised. Just wanna let you know this situation. Aug 02,2016I purchase a refurbished cartridge rather than a new one. The model number SW-Q3960/C9700A is not the same as the outgoing black cartridge 301. But the claim was it is compatible with model 301 appears to not be so in practice as it didn't work printing blank pages and then proving impossible to remove and not allowing the colour cartridges to fit back in when they were removed to try and get the black one out. My printer is now unusable and I need to get a service person out at great expense to fix it. And then no doubt I will have to arrange for it to be returned and to purchase the genuine product.
