Apr 15,2016Cartridges delivered promptly as ordered. Haven't used them yet but expect there to be no problems. Saved me big money compared to buying a 'genuine' Brother cartridge. As printer is well out of warranty and it cost less than present replacement cost of genuine cartridge, I am very happy so far.

A perfect example of how to resolve a customer problem. I will never go anywhere else for toner again.
