Jan 06,2025You can read my email correspondence. I think your business can't handle the online process. It took 5 days to complete the process. And, I don't even need to loan now. I'd give you zero stars or a negative value if I could. You claimed to require more information, which you didn't. The person with whom I spoke to just confirmed the information you already have. Them boom, process complete. Now, Pooja, the person I spoke to on the phone, she did an excellent job. If you check my email correspondence, I was what would be classified as irrate, but not abusive. I was a little short, but that's how feelings are conveyed. She handled it better than your in-store rep did. She even answered and explained my question about the interest charged. Nobody likes bills, and, life happens. She did her job exceptionally well. If she had given in to the slightest angry tone, it may have escalated. She navigated my issue to accomplish her goal. Again, most of the people are great. The system and delays are extremely frustrating.
