Mar 08,2025I find CASH 4 You easy to deal with, especially with the staff at the Belleville office. The only thing I do not like is their hours, they need to be open from either 8 to 10 or 9 to 10 like other cities. There on line service I'm still getting use too

Mar 08,2025This was my first application for a payday loan. I had to provide my phone number and email address. It took me to call them to verify that I was the one applying. Having to ask to upload my phone number and a best time for them to call me is ridiculous. You want verification, you should be calling the customer. Yes I applied online, bo they never emailed me or even called me. I had to keep going to the website to check that status and for 7 hours after it still stayed the same. THAT is when I checked the alerts section and noticed they wanted me to upload this information. Instead I called, left a message and still at 10am this morning, I still had to call in because my message from the evening before went unanswered. Yes I could have gone in person for this loan, but I disabled and it's difficult to get around in this weather. Thank you, but when this loan is paid back, I will not be returning.

Mar 08,2025The customer service is willing to Work with you and understand the reasoning why you need the money. They do not ask personal questions but the ones that contain to the application. Always friendly and explain everything to you when they do a phone check
