Given that I have been an excellent customer and have already paid off 2 loans with no problems; and having requested another loan was told that my loan was denied. I have received no excuse as to why I have been denied. I would call this very poor business practice and the way you treat good returning customers by denying my application. I am telling people not to come to you Lauren Baker

Jan 28,2020I got my loan on the morning that they promised. But we had agreed to pay back the full amount on a certain day. One week early they took a partial payment. I had to call and remind them that we had agreed on a full payment since i didnt want finance charges. They ended up taking the remainder out the next day. I needed the loan and got it paid early so i was still happy.
