Was approved for a $ 100loan on 4/2/19.Afyer reading thewebsite, they claim same day funds. After speaking to a customer service rep, found out its nextdau funding. They really need to change the info. 1 customer service rep was a bit nasty but overall ok. Just waiting to see if I get cash as promised.

These people are terrible, i call to find out about making two final payments on my loan and the girl takes forever to figure it out and then proceeds to tell me the incorrect amounts twice. I then asked for a manager and was placed on hold for 5 minutes and then she gets back on and says the manager is unavailable and could call me back, well a business should have more than 1 manager/supervisor for customer service issues as a call back does nothing for me because im at work and took my lunch break to call, but she seemed not to care very much that this was a major inconvenience. I will NEVER be doing business with them again!
