Jan 18,2025They were so easy going & laid back, very informative, they answered any questions that I had & it was very fast to get money, I actually thought it would take longer then it actually did. There customer service is also amazing very time I have called they answered promptly & when ever I have sent an email within a few hours they either returned my email or called me to address what ever problem I was having.

Jan 17,2025Your damn program keeps changing and i am so frustrated with the whole process!!!!! it is never the same. Its so easy to get your money to YOU but never easy to get another payday loan. I have been doing these for months now. I DO NOT want a line of credit i would simply like to get a pay day loan and have zero hastle. There is ZERO help in store and when I do go in when instrusted i am told to complete everything online which has changed AGAIN. I am frustrated and am fed up with this. If i could give a negative stars i would.

Jan 17,2025I haven't had any issues with cash money. Only thing is that I wish they recognized koho as a bank. For that reason I can no longer take payday loans, as I use koho for my banking. I get all my funds in koho.
