Feb 01,2025My previous review was removed by Trust Pilot, because they didn't trust me. Cashmoney is a lender that takes into account situations inherent to all borrowers, past and present and depending on eligibility to pay they have products that will suit the customer. My experience with Cashmoney has been always positive great customer care representatives who will assist when they can. One has to understand that financial lenders like Cashmoney all have different ways of payment and convenience so always pay attention to the printed instructions on repayment and or cash advances. Many are finding it hard to make ends meet for short term loans they are one of the most convenient, also bear in mind short term loans carry a high repayment cost so be wise. As the representative questions they are there to help.

Jan 31,2025The customer service I received from online, to phone, and then in person, was extremely helpful, professional and polite. I had the pleasure of conducting business with Malcolm at the Robie Street location. He was absolutely fantastic! He politely listened to me ramble on while he was quickly entering the required information to process my loan. He was very knowledgeable and very quick. I actually enjoyed the entire process. It is rare these days to receive ANY decent customer service. So when I receive EXCELLENT ASSISTANCE, I WANT IT TO BE RECOGNIZED! All three staff members I had the opportunity to speak with were amazing. THANK YOU ALL for making what could be a very depressing situation, an enjoyable and refreshing one! Your efforts are not going unnoticed! THANKS AGAIN!!!

I’ve never been more satisfied or attempted to qualify for a loan prior to Cash Money after bad experiences in the past. They overlooked my credit score recognizing that it wasn’t due to delinquent accounts, rather I’ve never had an option to build my credit score. I’d recommend them if you’re looking to borrow money but have been turned down by other lenders. Cash Money has allowed me to get by while waiting for my dad’s inheritance in the next month or two so it helped w the costs affiliated with the proceedings after that I’d not anticipated.
