Mar 21,2021The buying experience is awful. I could watch my limit buy order in the book and it was entered at a price lower than my actual limit. The fees are bad enough and my order would keep going unfilled even if the selling history showed that it should have. Then they freeze your wallet "Under Maintenance" with no explanation or ETA. My Crypto is still stuck there and the customer service is your typical negative experience of canned non-answers. Avoid unless you like having your Crypo held hostage.

Mar 09,2021I did my research before choosing this platform as it showed a lot of promise and ease of use - had read nothing but good things. But at no point was I expecting such a bad and rude customer service experience!! In short, extremely disappointed at their level of care and commitment to resolve when running into issues.

But after I signed up, it was obvious to me that this is a platform that isn’t just easy to use, but it’s one where the customer service panel will answer any questions you may have as well – it’s so user-friendly, there’s no hidden tricks or hoops to jump through. On top of that, the low trading fees are even better! I have friends and family who were like me in the sense that the idea of cryptocurrency and trading was way too confusing and seemed risky – and with other sites, it really can be – but after coming across Catalyx, I’ll definitely be recommending it to them. I really believe that this is the site all Canadians should be using for cryptocurrencies, because it’s not just reassuring to know they’re also Canadian, but they’re also a platform where you can tell they care about your experience. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Being Canadian, I did find it a bit comforting to know that Catalyx Exchange is based in Canada, plus I always feel a bit of pride supporting local companies. Before diving into the world of trading cryptocurrencies, I scrolled through the FAQ and actually learned a few things I didn’t know about digital currency. Before I even signed up, I was able to have a look at the market and trading platform, so streamlined and user-friendly! The registration process on Catalyx Exchange was such a breeze, I had my accounts connected and was signed on and customizing my dashboard in no time. I’ve definitely been enjoying the experience so far, and am happy to find answers to my questions whenever they ever pop-up. You can already check the currency conversion without signing up. The second thing I like, customer support that give you a range of solution that solve some of your question without asking. That's a rare gem of customer service!

The app was extremely easy too use, and when we were comparing we noticed that the commission fees were very low! Feb 21,2021Recently, I've been using Catalyx Exchange to trade my cryptocurrencies. And I must say, I'm impressed! I first signed up, and as soon as I saw the interface, I could do everything at the touch of my fingers, and was extremely easy too navigate the interface! And when I contacted customer service for some questions, they were extremely helpful for guiding me through the questions I had! If anybody is interested in trading there cryptocurrencies, I would highly recommend using Catalyx Exchange, due too the low commissions, and great customer service, that guided me through a fantastic experience with this site!

As an exchange based in Canada, this trading platform is one of my favourites for several reasons. CatalX is absolutely easy to use and has a customizable dashboard too. Their customer support is always quick to respond and resolve my queries. I also had access to their resource center that helped me find the right answers when I needed support. Even their exchange rates are often the lowest and they have very high buy and sell limits. CatalX also has several payment methods available to the users for easy trading. So whether you are a beginner or a seasoned crypto trader, I would highly recommend this trading platform.

Jan 30,2021I've been using CatalX for about 2 years. There are quite a few Canadian crypto exchanges now, but I would say CatalX is the most robust of all. I tried few other Canadian exchanges, too, but I wasn't really satisfied with them as much as I was with CatalX. They offer the lowest trading fees in Canada (as far as I know) and also the most number of currencies while all the other Canadian exchanges only offer a few. It's always good to know that I have more options. I like that they keep improving their platform, too.

Apr 20,2021This company partners with a Facebook group Canadacypto, a gentleman Bill Eh who runs this promotion on the group. I beleive there is a conflict of interest due to behaviour of his admiring, and spamming on his users. Pushing bad product onto unknowing users.
