I am Cdr Bimal Raj (Retd), your Executive Coach & Mindset Mentor. I have over 20 years’ experience in various leadership roles. During this time, I have touched more than 100,000 lives in various formats of trainings, coaching, workshops, and mentoring.

I know that everyone is capable of incredible transformations. How do I know that? I know that from my own life experiences. I have been to the edge and back with respect to my health, relationships, finance, career and everything possible. I believe I was tested through fire so that I can help many others who could be going through challenges or looking for a breakthrough in their life.

I combine my life learnings with the very powerful coaching methodology of Power Coaching with Mind Kinetics. I am a Certified Executive Power Coach from Coaching and Leadership International (CLI) based in Canada. I have also been privileged to be trained by some of the best trainers in the world in the field of personal transformation. I bring to you a wealth of knowledge, skills as well as a mindset that can take you through any challenge and help you achieve any goal that you set your mind to, irrespective of who you are and where you are at currently.

Cdr Bimal Raj sir was very patient and helped me go deep down old layers by layer. Sir helped unchain the chains of my mind. I feel relieved, empowered and redirected. One on One Session with Bimal sir was so healing for me . I am a part of Pallavi maam's Diamond Group . There we all Diamond's get 1-1 personal session from ma'am n Bimal sir every month.. Today , I got that opportunity n that session came as a blessing for me as I was in need of a - vent out n healing from few of my past pains. During Bimal's training to become a Certified Power Coach in our subconscious and whole-brain-mind coaching system called The Science of Mind-Kinetics, Bimal brought some key characteristics to the table. He demonstrated a high level of leadership in his ability to reason, make calculated decisions and give feedback while keeping the heart of the Coachee intact when he had to give feedback. With zero ego he will always put you first. His service is illumined by his honesty and respect for all beings as well as his commitment to serve humanity with a mighty passion. These are rare and extraordinary characteristics which I trust you will value. Important Note: Bimal has the training through CLI to coach you not just in your leadership competencies but also in your whole life issues. For example, if your family relationships need to be polished with more love, he will graciously take you there. I remember sitting beside a Military Commander in Chief on an airplane. When I told him that I "heal hearts and minds", he generously told me that he does everything in his power to teach his troops to not kill anyone. Instead he taught them how to use "love" as the weapon to protect everyone. I was very touched by this. Bimal is right up there with this incredible Commander. He will take you to heights of awareness only a few leaders on this planet have achieved. God knows we truly need this level of coaching right now and into the future.

When I attended the intro session of podcast by Cdr Bimal Raj, I have decided without any second thought to join his podcast training. As I could see from first itself, I can be a podcaster with the help of Bimal Raj. He is a great mentor who helps and push us to achieve the goal. There were some moment, I felt like postponing the activities but after attending his session , I just focused on the action item given and followed step by step processes shared to me. When I published my podcast, I could see that this is a beginning of my successful journey in podcast world. Thanks for the motivation Bimal Raj. And thanks for that extra push and reminders which helped me in many ways.

Having a session with you was clearly eye-opening and admiring, as the questions of life were cleared with the process of self-work. I had two sessions, One when I had got stuck and did not know how to move forward and another when I got some pending questions of life, which were not answered for a very long time. Last week I had session with Cdr. Bimal Raj as a part of Diamond Call. I experienced it as one of the best coaching session for two reasons. 1. I attended such coaching call for first time ever in my journey. 2. Nothing was preplanned and it was so purposeful and effortless that everything I felt was in alignment. My realization- Cdr.
