Around 1/3 of the panels were damaged due to the strapping being too tight and some were discoloured. Due to other work being done the items were not checked within 7 days so I could not return them. Granted i should have checked but i feel the items should not have arrived in damaged condition and discoloured items should not have been sent at all.

Cracking advice over the phone and products arrived quickly. Went for the ceiling cladding (tongue and groove). Highlight recommend getting your wooden batten frame sorted before 8ft lengths of cladding turn up in your hallway! Overall like it and will even consider the wall cladding if I mess up the ceramic tiling! Also get a good saw (as the blades need to be sharp) and cut slow to avoid nasty edges.

As the title says "reliable and pleasant" to deal with, nothing was to much trouble for the delivery driver, small problem with delivery but asked for a bit of lee way because of shift in packages inside the van- no problem to me Great to deal with and would use again Regards John Ellis

Great product, however I was disappointed to find 10 out of 15 boards slightly damaged on the long tongue side. Luckily this did not hamper the installation as the damaged areas were hidden when assembled, but could easily have not been hidden if the damage was a few millimetres more. I would strongly recommend that both the long sides of every package are better protected for transportation so as to reduce the chance of damage. After all, both ENDS of the packaged boards are well protected by cardboard.

Where to start first order placed 9.55 am arrived 9.00 am next day super service and free . Great range of cladding and trim my order was over £300 so got 10% discount at checkout. Product was good quality and looks great. Would deal with again thank you.

I would give Celplas a five star rating but for the fact that the TNT driver they used abused my wife. The goods they supplied were in excellent condition and were delivered exactly when they said they would be. A great service... unfortunately let down by a courier service who are rude and aggressive and who don't understand the conditions of delivery. I stated that my wife couldn't lift or carry heavy items and there were steps leading up to the property. I also stated that if the goods were heavy, two people would be required to deliver the items. These instructio s were ignored and after aggressively maki g my wife sign for items she hadn't had the time to inspect, the delivery driver shoved them out of the back door and left them on the side of the road. I feel sorry for Celplas that their excellent service has been marred by their choice of couriers.
