super service, only issue was the product, I purchased 15 strips of wall panelling, looks good but 1 pack of 5 is a slightly different shade to the others. Your distribution quality team should have picked this up.

I contacted a number of suppliers for my shower panels and without doubt my best experience was with Celpas who were very helpful answering my queries. The order process was easy, and delivery was very quick. Unfortunately there was damage to one panel out of the eight ordered and there was no issue when I contacted Celpas, they sent a replacement which arrived the next day. I am exceptionally satisfied with the service, quality and pricing of the product.

Ordered the product (cladding) online with no problem, other than no indication of boxed screw quantities - I vastly over ordered (but not expensive anyway!) After ordering I found some edging trim to match but you can't amend an order online, so I rang the sales office first thing next morning and added the trim with no problem. Dispatched that afternoon and delivered next day - excellent! Couple of small knocks in the external packaging, but fortunately didn't damage the cladding fascia just the tongue, so hidden when fitted. The additional protective plastic provided inside along the cladding lengths was very useful as it took some of the knocks.

This is the third time I have ordered shower panels and end profiles etc. Each time has been a smooth and simple process with no problems. The panels always arrive well packaged and on time. They are easy to cut with a jigsaw and can be trimmed with a Stanley knife (use extra care). Will definitely order again. Thank you guys.
