Have purchased on-line a number of times, would not hesitate to use again.Deliveries are made when specified, an email is sent to tell you when. Cannot fault products. Always helpful if you do have to call them. If you are in doubt as to whether you should use this company to order on-line, please rest assured, they will not let you down.

My delivery was quick ,when we checked our delivery we were very pleased with quality of our cladding ,unfortunately we ourselfs had ordered wrong size fittings and not enough cladding . No problem made a call and reordered what we needed great service and didn't charge for the fittings we needed thankyou CELPLAS PVC would deffinetly recommend ,and use them again .

first let me say this company is good to deal with on the ordering side, but more care should be taken when checking products for dispatch. I had 4 items with damage luckily I could get away because of the way I was cutting the cladding or I would of had to send them back, putting time on my project.

ordered three shower panels very quick delivery, unfortunately two were slightly damaged. I contacted them with pics, no quibble, rang to apologise and gave me a part refund, can't ask for better customer service than that!!
