May 01,2024Celsius are fantastic. They installed my new combi boiler replacement and service my Ideal combi boiler every year since my combi boiler installation back in 2021. They are easy to deal with and their plumbers are always professional and friendly. They send me a service reminder every year which is really great service as it keeps my boiler in great working order and helps keep my 10 year ideal boiler parts and labour warranty in check. I will always highly recommend Celsius Plumbing and Heating to my fiends and family.

Jul 20,2022I've used Celsius for several years now for various plumbing and electrical jobs at both my self-catering and long-term rental apartments, and they also carry out the annual boiler/heating servicing at my own home. Although I usually carry out my own PATs at my rental properties, this summer has been exceptionally busy, so the wonderful Richard from Celsius came to do them out for me. He arrived when he said he would, carried out the job in a prompt manner, and was polite and friendly throughout. Their booking, invoicing, and payments system is efficient, and their admin staff and engineers are always a pleasure to deal with. A special thank you goes to Monique and Richard for making this year's PATs one less thing I need to worry about! I highly recommend Celsius; they're professional, have good availability for appointments, they're reasonably priced, and turn up exactly when they say they will.

Oct 29,2021We continue to be impressed by the quality of the service provided by Celsius. Twice we have had to ask their help to trace difficult-to-access leaks in our heating system which has meant temporarily moving and then replacing our 250 litre hot water storage tank. In their most recent visit, engineer Andrew and his assistant Aaron, worked efficiently and with a minimum of fuss to trace and repair the leaks. Andrew took time to explain what they found and what to look out for in the future. They always take care to leave everything in a tidy state. Communication is another strong point: all staff respond in a timely, courteous and helpful manner. A responsive and professional service.

Apr 15,2021Celsius have done great work for me, on boiler maintenance and repair. Very easy to deal with, fast, efficient, and they make sure the boiler is working before they leave, no matter the problem. The engineers have all been very polite, and treated Covid19 measures seriously.

Dec 05,2020After reading great things about this company I decided to use Celsius for my annual servicing. I have been a British Gas customer for over 20 years and thought I was receiving good service until I tried Celsius. Like many of there other reviews, this is a very well ran organisation. From the chap in the office I spoke to, and the technician arriving, I was amazed how a small local business can outclass a giant in the industry. Cannot recommended Celsius highly enough.
