From the moment I contacted them, the communication was prompt, professional, and clear. After sending photos or short videos via text message or WhatsApp to help diagnose my issues, they scheduled an appointment quickly and arrived on time on each occasion. I saw their van on my way to work one morning and took a photo of their contact details painted on the side. What fortunate serendipity that has proved to be! Marlowe, my electrician on all three occasions, was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and efficient, quickly diagnosing and resolving the electrical issue I had on the first two occasions. He took the time to explain what was happening and offered helpful advice on how to prevent future problems. On the third occasion he fitted outdoor sockets and fitted a new ceiling light. All the work was completed to a high standard, and he made sure everything was in perfect working order before leaving. On top of the technical skills, I really appreciated how friendly, respectful, and tidy he was throughout the process. It's not every day that you encounter such great customer service alongside top-notch workmanship. I highly recommend David’s team at Certified Electricians London Ltd for any electrical needs and will definitely be calling them for future projects.

On arrival he was courteous, polite and worked in a tidy and considerate way, resolving the main issue we had within an hour. Highly recommended and will be using again if we need an electrician. Moreover the company came recommended to me by a neighbour who had also used their services in our building.

Dec 07,2024I highly recommend this company! The bathroom extractor fan in my flat needed replacing and from first call to the job completed was just a couple of days. They are efficient, professional and reasonably priced. Also, David who came to do the fit was a really nice guy.

Aug 24,2024My experience using Certified Electricians was excellent. I had a fast response to my email enquiry regarding a replacement of an existing broken shower unit. David was extremely helpful and able to advise me on a suitable replacement. I was booked in for an appointment within a couple of days which suited me perfectly. Marlowe arrived on the day and got straight down to work. As well as being very personable, he was clearly very competent and knowledgeable, so I felt very confident in the quality of his work. I'm happy to have found Certified Electricians and would not hesitate to use their services again, as well as recommending to others.
