Our Charity provides support for Vision Impaired people in Essex and Charity Log has been a lifeline for us. I'm sure we don't use it to its fullest extent, but what we do use it for has made our lives so much easier and helped us to support our VI people with multiple access to case notes, and that it also works seamlessly with the sight loss MOT to help us record and track peoples progress whilst living with sight loss. From a reporting perspective it has made my life easier and my monthly KPI reports now take 20 mins max as opposed to most of the day! The versatility, security and credibility of the software has definitely contributed to our securing of contracts. Can't imagine life without it now!

We have been using Charitylog since 2020 and not only does it provide a secure place to store client information, it helps us to be GDPR compliant too. The helpdesk is brilliant; I like that you can call or email them and they will take the time to work with you to find solutions or give advice. The training they offer is excellent; I'm still finding out about new and clever ways to use Charitylog and having the option of webinars or 1-2-1 training for this means I can learn more about the system and have it tailored to what we need.

I’ve been using Charitylog for 4 months now. We are using it for our Digital Inclusion Project. It was very easy to learn how to use and navigate. Quick reports at the click of the button. It’s brilliant. Great support team. I would definitely recommend. No more paperwork and if the information is filled in correctly it makes your job ten times easier.

Cannot recommend Charitylog highly enough. We moved over the system a year ago and from the first steps we were really impressed by the support and training we received and the capacity of the CRM to meet our data management and reporting needs. Very intuitive to use, can be tailored to your organisation's specific requirements and has reduced bureaucratic burden on our team significantly. Staff at Dizions could not be more friendly and helpful. Queries are responded to quickly and efficiently. The company listens to its users and adds functionality in response, with regular, well-communicated updates. It has revolutionised how we store our information. Different access permissions allow a variety of users to access the system while ensuring they only see what they need to. Carer records, personnel records, trustee information, funding applications, policies and other key documents - all stored securely in the one system and easy to locate, update and report on.

We've had CharityLog just a few years and it is extraordinary what it can do for a third sector organisation - particularly in regards to data mangement, reporting, communications, as well as GDPR and security. The support options are always great. If we've needed to do something new on the system and didn't know how to or if it was possible they've always found a way for us. Training is always fantastic and an extremely valuable investment. Highly recommend.

We are a charity that has been supporting unpaid carers for 20 years, and we adopted Charitylog as our CRM system in 2018. It meets our needs perfectly - day to day working, monitoring, statistical reporting - and is easy to use. The support team is first class and can be contacted by phone or email. All updates to the system are supported by a Webinar, which is very helpful for cascading the updates to the wider team. Highly recommend!

Charity Log does everything your 3rd sector organisation needs right out of the box. Even then it can be tailored to your specific requirements with their supportive onboarding process and the long term support is fantastic. The team at Dizions are friendly and helpful and always happy to engage with customer feedback for development. The service has 3 updates per year and continually adjusts to the needs of the sector and developments in digital technology, so you don't have to worry.
