I have ordered some fencing supplies recently as I had to change a 7.4m section of the fence. The order process is straight forward and easy to use. Delivery was quick. There was one item which was wrongly picked but it has been changed the next day without an issue at all. All product is of a high quality I can only recommend.

I placed my order online, website was very clear and easy to use, for some treated timber. Received a phone call giving me a delivery date, timber was delivered on the promised day, driver was very helpful placing the timber where I asked.

Ordered online for collection, but pressed the delivery option accidental, so I phoned charltons office to amend this, lovely women answered the phone who delt with my request can’t recall her name, I new she was new to the company as she mentioned she was brilliant and very professional and quick to get back to me with my new reference number. Brilliant timber brilliant service.
